Returns Policy
We will provide a full refund or exchange if items are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, after this E ONE SIX LONDON refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please download and fill in a returns form and enclose it in your parcel. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
After receiving the goods you have the right to cancel the contract and we will refund your credit / debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 days. We can only refund the card that you have used to make payment with originally.
Returns should be made using a Registered Post or Special Delivery Service, as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit. Please retain a copy of proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by E ONE SIX LONDON in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Only items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
E ONE SIX LONDON will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.
