Products and Prices and Payments

Products displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colours of our clothes as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.

All payments are processed in GB Pounds Sterling. Payment from any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and calculated in to your local currency on your card statement. Daniel Blake Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is charged at 17.5%. For orders from other countries we do not charge tax but you may be liable to pay tax and duties when the goods enter your country. To find out how much these costs might be please contact your country’s customs department.

E ONE SIX LONDON is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your order.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order (for some international deliveries, this number may be given to our couriers).
We do not store or see any credit card information on the system. All credit card transactions are cleared using Worldpay.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at E ONE SIX LONDON possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others.
We will not use your information to share with outside companies.

We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
