Here are a few tips to help you with your measurements:

Collar
Measure around the base of the neck.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, with your arms down by your side. Don’t puff out your chest we have allowed for this.

Waist
Measure around your natural waist.

Hip
Measure around your natural hips (around 20cm or 8inches below your waist).

Remember to hold the tape measure horizontal at all times.
